Bought this Elite Strap to accompany The Oculus Quest 2 that I purchased from Best Buy for my grandsons as a Christmas gift. They both say it is more comfortable than the original strap that came with the Quest--which begs the question-if they knew the original strap was so uncomfortable as to generally require users to purchase the Elite Strap (for $49) you would think it would have come with the Quest or been provided at no cost to users when you are paying $400 for their product.

From a guy who use Quest 2 to exercise on a daily basis for the last year consecutively this is by far the most comfortable Quest 2 strap out there. The UGLY... ... .... What everyone and their mom saying is true this thing breaks. So far I have 2 broken on me that's a easy $100 down the drain. Good news is if you contact Oculus support they'll replace it for you as long as you jump the hoops and send the broken piece back to them.

I'm really happy I purchased this. The original strap never felt 100% comfortable or secure. Now with the Elite strap the fit is snug and I can securely move my head in any direction. At this price point, it's a must buy and recommended.

easy to use and my son states it is way better than the strap that it comes with. a must have for oculus. Price high and it should be included with the Oculus itself though.

Great addition to the Quest 2. Easy to swap with the original band, I really wish this strap was included with the Quest 2 straight out of the box. I would highly recommend this to any Quest 2 owners.

If you're someone who is looking to play long VR sessions, I suggest investing in the Elite Strap or Elite Strap with battery. I play racing sims and flight sim, this head strap not only gives you more support but makes its far more comfortable to wear when compared to the flimsy cloth stock strap. I'm aware some people had issues with their straps breaking, but mine has held up.

If adjusted properly this strap make the quest a lot easier to wear. A bit overpriced, but I'd recommend it.

Great strap fits awesome, I recommend the strap with the backup battery more though.

This is my first experience with VR and I'm not disappointed. VR effects are great, games are fun, and the fit is comfortable. I also bought the elite strap since it's so much easier to adjust.

This fits and feels so much better than the original included strap. I wish Oculus would have just included it with the Quest in the first place, but it is a nice upgrade for any Quest 2 owners.

This is a comfortable headstrap, but mine developed cracks and broke after using it for 2 weeks. I have a large head and had the strap at almost fully extended, so not everyone may have this issue. Still, if you are in the market for a more comfortable strap for an Oculus Quest 2 and you have a big head, id recommend checking out Amazon for third party options.

Helps to hold the Quest 2 in place as you move your head. Just twist the knob to make larger or smaller. No Velcro to keep adjusting. Purchased a 2nd one for my grandson and he loves it.

Better support then the strap it comes with and able to make fast adjustments when needed.

The comfort of this headstrap vs the original is night and day. A little pricey but I think it's worth it for the comfort you're going to get.

This is the best VR headset in the market, hands down. One of the best things about it is that it is tetherless, meaning you do not have to worry about tripping on any cables while you have it on your head. This makes it very mobile and easy to transport. For example, it is a breeze moving between living room to bedroom and vice versa. In addition, it makes it easy to transport to your friends and family's homes. The build quality and screen quality is excellent. I'm surprised by how comfortable it is to wear compared to other VR headset models. It's not heavy at all and there is a soft foam cushion on the front to block out any ambient light into your eyesight as you use it. It is truly a remarkable experience trying out the Oculus Quest 2 for the first time. It is hard to explain. The moment you put the headset on, you'll feel like you are in another world. One of the things that really impressed me was how realistic it feels and how responsive and accurate your head and hand movements are reflected in the 3D environment. If you play long enough, you might even forget about the real world :) The sound quality is also very clear. The headset has a feature called "Passthrough" which allows you to see the real world even while you have the headset on. This is because the headset has cameras on the outside that project pass through video onto the screen on the inside of the headset. This is an amazing feature as it allows you to orient yourself in the real world while you have the headset on. It is also used to configure safety boundaries before you play any video games. There are so many video games on Oculus Quest 2 including Beat Saber, Superhot VR, Ping Pong, Boxing, Population One, Escape Room games, Star Wars, Resident Evil, etc. Horizon Worlds is a free VR online game that allows you to create, explore and play with other people online. I highly recommend going through the the Quest 2 tutorial where you learn how to pick up objects with the hand controllers, throw objects, punch objects, use one or two hands on objects, dodge objects, crouch and slide from objects, push objects, dance with objects --- it is really limitless the amount of things you can do with this VR headset. Additionally aside from games, you can also explore 3D artwork narrated by creative artists and even watch movies in 3D or 2D if you choose. It supports a web browser and even youtube viewing. Overall you can also burn a lot of calories from it. I highly recommend the Quest 2!

Extend your game time on the Oculus and get some added comfort. Great buy, fits perfect and extends the time you can play before you have to charge.

Definitely an improvement over the default strap. Still a challenge to put on if you wear glasses probably even more so. Heard of these breaking easily not sure if one i received will break eventually so far so good. It is easier to adjust and bit more comfortable, but heard one with battery pack evens out the front weight which it still a bit of an issue with Elite Strap alone. All in all a difference in comfort and adjust

Makes switching the headset between multiple people so much easier. And much more comfortable. But it is too expensive for what it is.

I got this for my son because the original strap hurt his head. This works perfectly not only for him but it fits everyone in the house I would buy it again.
