A must have for the oculus 2. Otherwise major head pain. Much more comfortable. Easy to assemble. Expensive - really should just come with the thing!

I really like this strap. It helps take some of the weight off. Its not heavy but when your working out and sweating its nice to have it holds the machine in place.

Your head will thank you a million times over. The strap that the oculus headset comes with is so low quality when compared to the quality of the actual device, as well as gets uncomfortable after any extended period of use. The elite strap provides next level comfort and sturdiness. Seriously, don't use that original head strap - it's like Oculus stole from the Apple playbook and purposely included a crappy head strap with the device so that you'll upgrade to this much better elite strap. It's overpriced for sure, but a good investment.

I purchased the Elite Strap over 3 months ago and I have had no issues with it. I was originally concerned with purchasing it because of the bad write ups about it breaking. I suspect people are adjusting these too tight. If mine breaks I will update this post. Also reading the reviews on Amazon, the Chinese knock offs are breaking as well. So far the strap has worked out great. The Oculus fits much better and it is a lot more comfortable to wear. It takes about 2 minutes to install. This item definitely should have came with the device.

Can not speak to the longevity of it yet , but from I understand it breaks easily. So I purchased the replacement plane for 10$ and don't have to worry. I will say it is much more comfortable to wear. It also makes sharing the headset among family members much easier. Can simply turn the dial to adjust size for different heads as opposed to messing with 2 velcro straps.

Bought the Oculus for my kids and tried it out. Didn't like it, always seemed blurry and difficult to fit. Bought this at my wife's suggestion and tried it out -- completely different experience. They have another version that come swith a battery and a carrying case that I'd suggest over this if you can foot the bill, but if not, this is accessory made a huge difference for me. I don't play a lot of VR, but I do enjoy it quite a bit now. Can't understand why oculus didn't just make this proprietary, but such is the way of business, I suppose.

Comfortable, needed when getting the extended battery from rebuff reality which is way better then the oem extended battery life.

This strap really make the unit more comfortable and allows for a pretty snug fit for activities. However, I had the issue tonight where the strap broke, just like others have been post all over the internet. Bad on Oculus for under designing the strap. Do yourself a favor and get the extended warranty.

They work, a better upgrade over the standard issue straps that come with the Oculus Quest 2 box. If you are being held hostage, against your will, you should seek safety and security. But if you can't, and you have the Oculus Quest 2, you can then BETTER escape reality by being in the Oculus Quest Virtual World and if you are already there, then you may as well buy these Elite Strap Enhanced Support that will better help you forget that you are a hostage/victim/prisoner of whatever hell you happened to find yourself in.

I only purchased this head strap because it was on sale. It is hard to get used to this head strap. It adds weight. However, it does feel more secure due to the crank in the back. Overall it is not that much better than off brand ones on Amazon. If at full price I would recommend going to Amazon and getting off brand instead.

I love the comfort and the feel this is my 3rd one they seem to last about 2 months at a time before they snap 1/2 and break very cheaply made I don't think I'm gonna be buying another one until they fix the cheapness of the product beware and I would look elsewhere

Works great with the Meta 2. A must have for proper fit and additional battery life.

After looking in a lot of places for this head strap, I finally found it here on Best Buy website. I ordered and it said it would take 2 days to reach me. But actually arrived the very next day, I was very surprised. As for the headstrap.. its totally worth its weight in gold. It cradles the lower back of the head to help support the weight of the VR goggles from your nose and eye socket area.. I can defiinately wear the VR for longer periods of time now. Also the dial in the back of the the strap makes it so easy to adjust the fit on the fly.

Pretty Much Required To Have To Use VR, But It Works Fantastic!

My son says it makes a big difference having this while playing games. He likes the comfort and fit of it. It was well worth the price.
