Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Quest 2 Elite Strap's comfort and improved fit, with many praising how it enhances the overall headset experience. The weight distribution is also frequently highlighted as a significant improvement. While some users find the price to be high, the positive feedback on comfort and fit seems to outweigh this concern for many buyers.

After looking in a lot of places for this head strap, I finally found it here on Best Buy website. I ordered and it said it would take 2 days to reach me. But actually arrived the very next day, I was very surprised. As for the headstrap.. its totally worth its weight in gold. It cradles the lower back of the head to help support the weight of the VR goggles from your nose and eye socket area.. I can defiinately wear the VR for longer periods of time now. Also the dial in the back of the the strap makes it so easy to adjust the fit on the fly.

It was easy to replace and it fits a lot better than the elastic straps. I can see how the plastic arms can be easily broken, but so far everything has been great.

Definitely beats the default strap the Quest 2 comes with, imo. Its pretty easy to switch back and forth between the two, and its night and day with games that require fast movements, and games like Star Wars Pinball where you're basically looking down at pinball machines. For the price, its pretty much a necessary upgrade from the default strap.

It's a lot better and easier to adjust than the cheap strap come with the Quest 2. You have to be gentle with these strap especially when handling it. You can also easily now adjust adjust the tension to your comfort level like the Rift S. Be sure to unloosen the strap's tension as you take it off and put back on the headset or else overtime and it will break on you.

Good, does the job, sometimes if you clamp it too hard against your head the side will "pop off". Also, the back really should have been made from foam rather than the rubber backing. I think you might be able to get an attachment for it or you could easily fashion your own. Also, it's basically entirely made of plastic, and I can see the sides cracking or snapping if you are not careful.

Definitely better than the flexible straps that come with the Quest 2. These have better weight distribution and stays well on the head.

Maybe because my head is shaved, but this thing cradles my skull perfectly. Very breathable and a lot more sturdy than the glorified rubber band you get as a default. There have been some reports of these breaking, so definitely loosen the strap when taking it off/putting it on, don't just rip it off your head. A little pricey, but the only other decent alternative is the VIVE DAS which will set you back $120 after adapters. Then again, logitech headphones and this thing are $100 together, so maybe that's a route you can take.

You know, when it came to the quest, I was so compliant with the default strip. But me, I play a lot of movement games. STRIDE, Beatsaber, all kinds. Every time, I could feel it loosening up on me. This though? It's a guarantee to stay on your cranium, and the adjustability on it is worth it even more. I'd say money well spent. And sure, maybe you can look for some other outlet on head straps that could be just as good- but nothing here beats the original.

A must have for the headset. The original strap is trash. This feels much more secure and helps balance out the weight in the front.

My kids were always complaining the original strap was hurting their head. Either pulling their hair or too tight. Heard about the Elite strap and gave it a try. My boys absolutely love this! We got a 2nd one for our 2nd VR. Definitely a must have !! If it was up to me , I would include it with every system.

I think this strap is essential for improving the comfort and fit of the Quest 2, particularly if you have a large head size.

This makes wearing the headset so much more comfortable and stable. The plastic straps vs. the cloth ones are very nice, and I don't feel like the headset is going to keep dipping down while playing. Note that ours started to crack along the sides but there was a recall for these around the time I purchased it, and I was able to get a replacement. One would assume that the quality is better now and the cracking isn't something you need to worry about.

Great strap but there are better alternatives out there like the halo style. The problem with these type of straps is that it hugs and puts pressure on your face. The halo type strap puts pressure on the forehead which is a lot more comfortable.
