Though I haven't had it long, either. But if you have a Quest 2, an upgraded head strap is a must have. This one works great! It's just a little pricy.

Easy to adjust for different users

The Elite Strap is a bit pricey, but is very easy to take on and off and allows it to be easily fitted to different people. I found it to be comfortable for extended periods of time.

It’s much better than the strap that Oculus gives you. If you’re playing games that Require a lot of head movement then this is great. It fits snuggly. Only problem is that some people have problems of it snapping cause over tightening. And it doesn’t give great weight to balance the oculus.

Much more comfortable than the band that comes with the oculus. Can be hard to adjust it perfectly depending on head shape. And I haven't had any issues with it mysteriously breaking like other reviews have said.

A Great Strap - Definitely Elite

A definite plus is that it's very easy to adjust to different head sizes. Both my wife and I use the head set and it was irritating and a real effort to adjust the headset for our differing head sizes. I should also mention that it's considerably more comfortable than the standard strap. We feel that the extra cost is worth it - for additional comfort and ease of adjustment.
