Dock first wouldnt recognize headset, but my son kept using it for controllers another few months to save on batteries. Wish I would of bought 2 year protection plan, seems when I dont, this stuff always break down after warranty is up. Back to batteries and charging cord now until I find a better one with longer warranty! For the price you would think its last longer.

We recommend that if you haven't already you should reach out to our wonderful support team through our website as they would be happy to look into the issue you're facing with your charging dock to see if there's any troubleshooting that could help to get it working once more.
Even if our support team cannot get it working they can then best advise on your warranty and to see if there's anything that can be done and what your options would be around it.

Headset charging port will not connect unless majorly tweeked and manipulated and even then will disconnect randomly. Hand controllers do not charge no matter how much you adjust the recharger in hand controllers. I am somewhat tech savvy but this is is not user error but VERY poor design and quality. Wish I could return, but will have to eat the cost and find an alternative. This sucks. Find yourselves an alternative or deal with the frustration of hand controller with no charge issues and you headset dying in the early stages of a VR experience (with friends you are trying to sell the OQ3 experience on but are like "nope". This experience is due to the charging docks' crappy isssues and not the device itself (which is pretty amazing).
