Good... but should have come with the headset

Should really be included with the headset. Works fine. Only real complain is the cost. If you find the stock face plate uncomfortable like I did, this will likely fix that.

I can never stand the cloth based facial interfaces, they are just not sanitary enough in my opinion. These are perfect and super easy to cleanup and are also very comfortable against the face. You cannot go back once you use this.

This one feels great, however, it does get more hot than the original. Given the lack of 3rd party choices I was happy with this. It's definitely more expensive than it should be.

Share your headset not your sweat!

The one that comes with the mediquest is fabric and liable to soak up sweat. This takes away that factor and includes the entire facial interface. At first I thought it was just a piece of silicone for $40. Definitely a good buy if you're going to share your headset at all.

There is a lot of research trying to make these lighter and not feel like they are pulling your eye lids, nose bridge and forehead straight down off your face. The price is way too high for what it is but whatever. I would love to report I use this everyday but I do not.
