I recently picked up the Meta Quest 3 from Best Buy and it’s easily one of the coolest tech purchases I’ve made. The clarity is a huge step up from my older headset — everything looks sharper and more vibrant. The passthrough is surprisingly good too, making mixed reality games actually fun instead of just a gimmick. It’s also noticeably lighter, so I can play longer without neck strain. The setup was quick, and the controllers feel super responsive. Whether it’s working out, exploring VR worlds, or just chilling with immersive videos, the Quest 3 delivers. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting the best standalone VR experience right now!

I upgraded my wife’s meta2 to the 3s. The graphics are way smoother. There’s no echo or reverb that the meta 2 had. It’s a much better overall VR experience.

Very fun, all the games on there and even just the open world is amazing. It’s funny to wear in public because people look at you like your AI or something but amazing product

I've had this headset for over a month now and honestly not bad at the start, you could play some decent games from the store and use the built-in internet browser to watch movies and stuff. But I will say expect to get bored after a while, like it's really cool to have but in terms of long-term use ehhh I'm contemplating it. And people aren't wrong about the default headstrap it really doesn't help some mini sessions with this thing cause it pushes itself into my face making me uncomfortable, plus headaches after an hour of use. VR isn't for everyone I'd say, but for me I've just been using it to watch movies, tv shows, and vrchat occassionally. I'd say it's great to try out to see if it's worth it and if ya don't see long-term use for it go ahead and return it.

I was looking for a meta quest 3s for my sons big Christmas gift, and Best Buy had the best deal around! Now my sons best Christmas yet is waiting for him under our tree.

Works great. However me being new to this I had to get my kids to show me how to work some features lol
