Excellent quality! I got this for my son for his birthday, and he had the old one and said that the new model is much easier to use and has better graphics.

Got this as a gift for family, it runs smooth, handles mods surprisingly well while standalone and has a wide variety of games to choose from! The headset itself is quite lightweight and the head strap feels sturdy and is adjustable, I can put my hair up without getting in the way of the strap! The menu is a bit confusing sometimes but that’s more of a personal problem as this is my first vr headset. Overall I’m happy with my purchase!

I ordered the Meta Quest 3S online, clicked “Place Order,” and I swear I heard angels sing. Best Buy had it ready for pickup so fast I thought they were pranking me. I walked in, gave my name, and they handed me the box like I was adopting a rare, majestic creature. The Quest 3S itself? Unreal. I put it on and immediately forgot about the real world. The graphics are so crisp I tried to lean on a virtual table and nearly fell through it. I’ve battled robots, explored galaxies, and played mini‑golf in my hallway. My family now just walks around me like I’m a Roomba with emotional issues. And Best Buy’s pickup process? Flawless. Smooth. Efficient. I was in and out so fast I felt like I’d pulled off a heist — except completely legal and with a receipt. The staff was friendly, helpful, and didn’t judge me when I said, “Yes, I will be using this immediately.” If you’re thinking about getting the Quest 3S, stop thinking and just do it. Order online, pick it up in store, and prepare to become the happiest person swinging invisible swords in their living room.

I’ve had this headset for a month and I’m really enjoying it. I will say the battery life isn’t that great but it’s enough to last a good gaming session. This headset is good for both beginners and returning players.

Good entry-level headset with just OK specs. Battery life was ok, and so were graphics and resolution. Got a few dead pixels within a few days of owning it, but thankfully, it was still covered under warranty. If you are someone who doesn't mind lower resolution and FOV, then this is perfect for you.

I bought the Quest 3S 128GB at Best Buy and I’m very impressed! The setup was super easy, the visuals are clear, and it’s really comfortable to use. The 3-month Horizon+ trial is a great bonus — tons of fun experiences right away. Definitely worth it!

The product was in good shape and no problems there. It was shipped in a good amount of time but the problem was the carrier. I would highly recommend they switch to someone else other than FedEx. Mine required a signature and I do have to work so my mom was at the house and she heard the knock and when she got to the door the driver was running back to the truck and it couldn't hear her. Every night I got an email saying it was coming the next day and even given a time frame and I couldn't hear in the back of my house so I made myself available or I was outside doing yard work as not to miss the driver because this was my 12-year-old's Christmas present. The time frame came and went and then it would say by the end of the day which I didn't know what that meant I was assuming eight or nine but apparently they stopped delivering at 5:00 so I basically wasted a lot of time waiting for it when it never came. That was Saturday then Sunday did the same thing got a time frame it didn't come then they said end of day. Monday I figured out how to do the itemized tracking and realize it was never even put back on the truck to be delivered. Couldn't talk to a supervisor or a local distribution center. Customer service said to be delivered by the end of the day no matter how many times I said it wasn't on the truck and the delivery driver on Monday said it wasn't on the truck when he delivered something else. I put a sign on my door because I had to work. Wasn't able to leave my house for 3 days to finish up Christmas shopping and then I had to work. It showed up on Christmas Eve and I was not home but they left it after multiple escalated tickets and nobody listening to it I was saying. Never got a text they were in the area and was unable to view the map said unavailable. I opted in for all the notifications. I will never use FedEx again myself. Trapped at my house for 3 days and it wasn't even on the truck.

I really like it overall! My only complaint is that I wish the battery life were better. Since it's still new to me, I sometimes feel a bit nauseous during certain movements—like flying or jumping off something—but that's probably just an adjustment period. Other than that, it's a really cool experience!

First off ive shopped best buy since i was 8 and now 32 and dont regret it. Everytime i go i get what i need and alot of times i find sales or discounts i didnt know about makeing items cheaper then other stores and every electronic ive purchased from best buy has been quality as ive seen family buy same tv i did but not from best buy and theres went out while my same tv and brand still works perfectly with over 50000 hrs of being on and watched or gameing but again my tv still works perfectly and looks new. Again my experience and after 24 years i cant say nothing but good as theyve always taken care of me. ( got quest that was 299 online and walked out paying 185 after tax new in box with walking dead game included but every other store was 250 without game and again why i can't go else where when best buy gose above and beyond for there customers

I love it, i don't use it for an extended period, therefore i dont worry about the battery life. But if you have the money i would recommend getting the quest 3 because of the pancake lenses, the current lenses on the quest 3s can make it seem blurry if you dont position it right in the center.

okay, so I'm not a gamer, but I definitely appreciate how cool this technology is. I'm a wannabe mural artist that has seen this tool specifically on lots of YouTube videos. I was debating between the 3S and the 3 to get into this, and was really leaning to the 3 for the higher resolution, but I'll tell you if you're just starting out, get this! I bought it when it was $250 on sale around the holidays, and I think it's a really great value for what it is, considering I'm not doing any gaming and just want to use this for art and blowing up things for mini murals. This was a fantastic introduction. I do find the resolution a tiny bit on the low side, but it really doesn't make that much of a difference as long as your artwork is high resolution. Definitely recommend getting. I will still keep even if I upgrade.

I wasn't sure if I needed this since my Quest 2 was working fine, but my son really wanted to play the new Batman game so I caved. Honestly? I'm actually impressed. Setting it up was super easy, took maybe 10 mins. The biggest difference right away is the cameras on the front. On my old one, looking around the room was all black and white and fuzzy. On this one, it’s in color. It’s not like 4K TV clear, but I can actually look at my phone or find my water bottle without taking the headset off which is huge. Games definitely run smoother. We played Batman and Gorilla Tag and it just feels faster, no stuttering. The visuals are crisp enough for me. I know people talk about the lenses being "old tech" or whatever, but unless you are a VR nerd, you probably won't notice. It looks great to me. My only gripe is the head strap. It’s pretty flimsy. After about an hour of playing, my face starts to hurt a bit. definitely planning to buy a better strap soon. Also, the battery drains kinda fast if you are playing intense games, so maybe get a battery pack if you play for long sessions. Overall though, for $300? It's a no brainer. way cheaper than the pro models and does everything I need it to do. Pros: Color pass through is cool Fast and smooth Great price Cons: Strap is uncomfy Battery life could be better

I had the first version Oculus and this one is amazing! The cameras which allow you to see your surroundings (if you choose instead of full imersion) are awesome! I can have a snack/drink while I'm watching multiple screens, configured to my liking (size/placement/background). I'm a big Walking Dead fan but not a gamer. That being said, the game is GREAT! I've even played it in the yard at night (you can map a safe area so you don't run into things) and it feels SO realistic that I had the chills and hair standing up on the back of my neck at times. I also like to be able to lay on the couch and watch my YouTube videos, browse FB and other sites. These are way more comfortable than previous versions and lighter. Very easy to setup and intuitive to use. I feel like I've only begun to explore the capabilities. Get them, you won't be disappointed. Just having a floating giant screen is worth the price alone, even if you use them for nothing else (but you will!).

I bought the Meta Quest for my son, and I have to say it’s been one of the best tech purchases we’ve ever made. The best part for me as a parent is how easy it is to use; there are no wires or complicated PC setups, so he can just put it on and start playing anywhere in the house.
