Accidentally ordered without checking the address. Contacted best buy immediately afterwards and was told it was a 3rd party seller issue. Messeged this 3rd party seller multiple times a day everyday until my package got delivered to the wrong address. I even tried going through ups but the phone number attached to the order was an old one i no longer had access to so i wasnt aloud to change anything through them. Had gf atempt to pick it up and was met with lies about the delivery and claims they didnt have my package. 1 week later i finally get a response from the 3rd party seller saying they couldnt change anything after shipping it and i should reach out to the person that lives there...

Meta’s interface is cancer and it is impossible to get a clear view through these. Connecting to steamvr made me lose my hair. Returned it for a PSVR2. That thing is leagues ahead of this piece of junk.

The headset works great. No complaints there. The only problem is that it didnt come with the free game and 3 free months of horizon plus. I'm told the only solution is to return it which would be very inconvenient after already setting it up.

I should have waited for Black Friday to purchase. It was $50 cheaper

This is the best in class product the virtual reality exp is really engaging, I gave 3 star for limited game library. But when it comes VR games it is the best I can feel the game is still going on even with the glasses off . I expect activision n rockstar to start developing games for meta quest as well

My first VR headset and unfortunately my last. I am the part of the population that has issues when it comes to VR so I cannot experience it to its fullest extent without constant sweating and dizziness. Please research this before making the purchase

Lots of crashes and I’ve already had to replace the left controller again

I like the compactness however i was not happy w8th the clarity compare to Metaquest3. Too blurry and felt dizzy in a way.

The Meta Quest 3S is good itself just don’t buy this bundle because Best Buy won’t include the Walking Dead game with your purchase and both Best Buy AND Meta support will just give you the runaround. I’ve been calling and emailing back and forth with the support departments and they just keep giving me the same incorrect instructions instead of just providing me with a new redemption code for the game I paid for.

It was supposed to come with twd game and I was never able to get it other then that it was alright

The first one I got didn't even work it stopped working like 3 weeks in right after Best Buy said that the warranty was only good for 2 weeks I had to buy another warranty for $50

It’s good for the most part you center point can be hard to find or alway adjusting

I bought from here and it was originally a walking dead bundle. Didn’t come woth the game now it shows as if it was not a bundle. Thankfully I have the emails to prove it. But still no walking dead game. Do not recommend buying a meta quest through best buy.

Ordered the quest with the walking dead game for my kid at Christmas, however I received a regular quest without the game. Shipping was on time, however I didn't have enough time to return it and try and order again before Christmas. The product itself is great, shipping was fine, but sending the wrong quest have to give 1 star

Terrible customer service came late for Christmas for my daughter and best buy didn't even care they were not willing to reimburse me for the extreme delay and didn't care. This is and will be the last time I get anything from best buy

Too uncomfortable and too difficult to use. Would feel like i was having to contort my upper body to get pointer on items i wanted to select. Not ready for prime time… or at least not ready for me. I returned it

I purchased the Saints and Sinners bundle but was given the standard Meta3s 128GB system. When speaking with customer service I was been given the runaround and still dont have the Walking Dead. The console is pretty amazing but Best Buy dropped the ball.

Gave my oldest kid a crock in his neck , They turned into kids that don’t listen for gorilla tag overall a waste of money I would of kept the kids in the real world if this was gone be a huge problem
