Best buy is the worst with refunds
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely disappointed I ordered this VR headset It was marked delivered but never showed up Best buy gave me a really hard time about a refund they actually denied it saying because it said delivered they would not give me a refund had to contact corporate it's been 2 weeks and I still have not received my money back.

I bought it so I can play against my son on his. Pretty easy set up with the app if you already have one. The gift card deal they have is pretty sweet and hopefully this counts towards my membership deal where you buy door busters and get 5 dollars for every 50 spent. Also comes with a game and 3 months of meta quest game membership and one month game pass for Xbox not a bad deal taking all this into account.

I placed my order with Best Buy the day before Christmas and they had it ready for pickup so fast! That alone saved the holiday for me. The pickup process was easy, and I love the product. Definitely appreciate Best Buy coming through when timing mattered most.

Make sure you have enough space to play and even though the memory is smaller than the 3 it's still more than enough to cover some great games once you're familiar with the controls it's a great experience to explore different worlds just be aware of the games if you buy it for a child
