tried several third party cables and nothing i tried i was happy with for a long enough time. they brake or disconnect too often. ive purchased this cable a few times now for other ppl to use and they are all happy with it

Great Solid cable, plenty of length. Does the job. Cons: the price.

Able to play while charging. Bought it with the purpose of be able to use it a link with my PC and play PC VR games. However an update to the device (QUEST 2) in September 2022 messed up with the cable link. No longer able to connect to my PC using the cable. BUT FEAR NOT! Quest launched an app - Virtual Desktop. It is NOT FREE, you can buy it at the oculus store, about $20. And it works very decently with connecting to your PC and play games from PC. The cable now I use it as an option to charge the VR while I play. I, personally, don’t like to charge while play - is uncomfortable - but if it the battery is too low and in the middle of a game with friends might as well (mostly charge and play while STATIONARY; I wouldn’t recommend to play games like beat saber with the cable - I almost trip (yes you can laugh).

Love the quality of the cable. Much more solid and reliable than previous models of this cable. Best Buy really stands behind their products too.

Works great! I have a Index for VR but my favorite game (besides half life Alyx) is Asgard's Wrath which has issues on the Index dropping massive frames. I also was able to access my entire Oculus games without needing to set up a second system with separate trading points. This allowed me to use the stand alone Oculus Quest 2 worth my Oculus games with the option of Quest 2 or O.G. Rift via linking to my pc.

You won't need this unless you're planning on playing PC VR games. You'll also need a USB 3.1 gen 2 Male to type-C female adapter unless you already have a type-C port on your PC. This works great, but there are less expensive versions available.

This cable is great! It is long, transfers data super fast and also charges your oculus but it is on the pricier side and you can get cheaper options else where

[good] It works. [bad] Wires are terrible unless it’s for a driving or flying sim. It’s short compared to Vive’s wire. It matters It’s expensive. In my experience, the connection was more unstable than Virtual Desktop with a good wireless router Airlink and Virtual Desktop wireless are way better.

It is a long cable really long, its well made and durable

I purchased this to connect my Oculus Quest (Gen 1) to my HP Omen PC. It works as advertised. The cost is a bit more than third party options, but after reading reviews of third party cables not working in certain ports or not supporting charging, I felt ti best to bit the bullet and purchase the genuine deal. I have no regrets; the cable works flawlessly and the quality and flexibility as exceptional. The length is more than enough and the 90 connector to the headset coupled with the hook and look faster keep the cable out of the way effortlessly. I would absolutely recommend this cable to anyone looking to connect their Oculus to a PC.

The cable works beautifully but is overpriced. A 16 ft USB-C cable should not cost as much as this. But this is not the fault of Best Buy. Also, the Quest is picky about what cables will work. It is best to just pick this one up.

Cable works great! Long for vr and a solid stable connection. Issue is the price. It is EXTREMELY overpriced compared to 3rd party cables with half the price, but with somewhat slower speed. Only reason why I purchased this cable instead of the 3rd party is because I wanted to play for long hours so I wanted my vr headset to last longer when connected.

Its not cheap, but it works as advertised. Its nice that the cable is long enough to move around.

I paid out the nose for this cable as it is hit or miss, cable quality buying a USB C cable this long on Amazon and this is guarantied to work.

Excellent quality connection Love my Quest 3 - now I have expanded its use via direct connection to my PC or my laptop. These are quality products that make it possible to both charge and utilize my programs both on my quest and housed ion my systems.

It’s overpriced, but at least I can hook it up from my PC to my controller to play from my sofa.
