I grew up playing the first iterations of this game and this version is just like those but even better. They expounded in the game play and really Made this an immersive gaming experience. Good story lines and interesting characters and development. One of my favorite games

For those who don't know, the Metal Gear series was not released in chronological order, this Game actually takes place before the NES game Metal Gear and follows Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker's story. Some nice additions to gameplay without making it seems too alien.

I finally get to finish what I started as a young boy back in the late 90s on the ps1!!! Note that the cover art pictured is not what you get. The one you get is the red box greatest hits version with the white artwork. Content is the same though.

Over all a good game but takes a while to load but the graphics are so much better than past.

I remember buying this game, and being frustrated that I missed the DLC, but not only do you get that, but you get the short prequel game as well. This game may not be loved by all, but if you're going to play it, this is the version to pick up. And its very affordable too.

This was the final game Kojima worked on in the Metal Gear Solid series. It’s mainly a stealth and action game, and it’s a little weird if you’re not familiar with the series. But it’s still a great game that you should buy if you like action.

I have both games for the PlayStation 3 & they're just amazing to play & admire for Metal Gear fans of the series, but you can now have both of them on 1 disc for the PlayStation 4. Fantastic! You can't beat it at this amazing low price here at Best Buy.

While very upset that Kojima was not allowed to complete his vision for this game, IT IS STILL GREAT. Hours of fun. While missions some missions may get a little doll and repetitive, the gameplay is great.

Lots of great gameplay and places to explore. Definitely worth the time!

This game is sort of a summation of everything Kojima san has been trying to achieve with this series. Action packed, inventive, cinematic, profound, with stunning gameplay. A must buy for owners of the Playstation 4.

I am a huge fan of the sneaking genre. This game puts in elements that make it stand out. I love putting balloons on people and watching them fly to my secret base. The story is weird but you wouldn’t have mgs without it!

I've been playing this for about 2 weeks and really enjoy it. There is a lot though that you can do within the game, so it takes awhile to figure out how all the game parts work together.

This is a game released late on the PS3 and early on PS4 so it’s been around for a while but having all the DLC makes this a great buy for any action/stealth game fan.

The gameplay in this game is amazing. You are basically like a swiss army knife who can take on different objectives in an open world setting. The games has a good philosophical message but the plot pacing is uneven and the end feels abrupt. Has some gratuitous fanservice as well.

...and possibly the last. A very enjoyable game with lots of freedom and satisfying challenges. Fun for anyone, from long time fans to new players.

Beautiful graphics, awesome game and story. Almost perfect. A must have. It feels in some way like splinter cell for me. But they are obvioulsy different games.

This game is a classic. Getting both for the price of $20 is well worth the money. I have been playing for hours and I can't get enough of Snake.

This is a great game made by a fantastic game creator. It's an awesome open world game, but because of this, feels different from the other main line entries.

I love the game. Its longer than most games. I go to play a simple mission so to speak and finish it 3 days later.
