    The adapter fit just like is was suppose to. I get great radio reception with my new radio. I don't know if its the radio or the adapter. But, my radio sounds great and I think some of the stations sound a little better.

    This cable is necessary because from there you get the physical connection to the chassis of the car otherwise your stereo will not turn on, it is also for the radio antenna
