    I have a 2016 nissan quest van and my unit needed the antenna adapter it worked just fine. I haven't had an issue with our radio which also plays hd radio.

    So easy to install. Just plugs into new radio with only ine wire to attach to new stereo harness and plugs right into the stock antenna harness.
