Chime is loud

She was nice enough and gave me a item number for the plug I needed. After recieving the harness I realized it didn't come with the manufator plug in like I was told! To top the cake it's the wrong harness now I will have to purchase a second one due to connecting the wiring connectors the store said they would not return it or exchange! I'm not very happy with the way the the lack professionalism after all the customer is always right!

Next the speaker burnt up and smoked the vehicle up. I have installed this many times and I would like for them to check up on them.

WIRE harness
