    The kit worked perfectly for install in a 2005 Chevy 2500HD. But, the tab trimming directions were not as thorough as they should be. I have installed many custom stereo systems in my younger years so was quickly able to figure out what needed to be cut. For those that may be less experienced, look online to see if better directions are available or look 3 times before you cut.

    Over the last few years I have bought radios from Best Buy and had them installed in my vehicles. Best Buy supplied all the necessary adapters, cables and brackets as well as the radios being installed. All did what was required and the radio works fine.

    I Purchase this kit for my 2003 GMC Envoy to install an aftermarket radio. It was an easy installation. I downloaded the guide from the internet, but it came with one. I'm happy with the results.

    I would recommend this product but it does require cutting I recommend using in oscillating tool make sure to double check what you're cutting before you cut because this kid is for a lot of different vehicles The fit and finish of the kit is excellent but requires a lot of knowledge on how to make things fit and the instructions are about useless
