not many choices to begin with

Left with the choice between these two, or custom-forming plastic to make an aftermarket radio work, I chose this one. It's a no-brainer, really. If anything I blame Ford for designing a center console that requires custom plastic to make things work. It seems to me to 'waste' space up top, while providing only one CD case worth of storage below.
