Wrong part

After I proved them wrong by unsuccessfully installing it into my vehicle the item was no longer returnable due to a part missing. They said they would exchange it for the right one, which had to be ordered and would take 10 days, if I found that part. I never did. The reason I gave this 1 star was the parts were very flimsy, cheap, and broke easily. Was a tacky design, and didnt fit how it was suppose to.

Perfect Indash mount for our car

Necessary equipment for proper installation

After about two hours, the installation was completed and I have to say that the JVC 6.8” Apple Car Play Blue Tooth receiver looks. Perfect in the vehicle.

Coupled with the wire harness and a $5 shop fee, the installation price quoted by the Geek Squad increased by 50%. Since these are required components, they should be part of the installation package, not add-ons.

The frame around the unit in front looks cheap
