In putting the dash kit in I broke the holder for one of the screws and the radio will not sit flush in dash. Cheap plastic

Not sure if it was because of the installation department at Best-Buy, but there is a small amount of space towards the front where the empty space meets the dash. My face plate also shifts on the right side.
