    First of all, I did this for my Son's Taurus to update the sound system, allow hands free iphone conversations and Bluetooth for his many many iTunes downloads. The kit seemed expensive but it is much more than simply an adapter, it becomes your actual faceplate and HVAC control center for your car. Once i got to the point to install the actual unit and faceplate/kit, the hard work was all done. The wiring harness worked perfectly and the install went smoothly, save the fact that the Taurus is the worst ever for this type of install. I had to go into the trunk and run the harness down the rocker panels and under the dash. What a beating!. All in all, a great product for its purpose!

    Finally found a conversion kit for an aftermarket radio, east tricking running all the wires back but I got it the only and it’s a big problem, is the airbag light. I had to do some research because the wires for the air bag light are not installed into the plug and I researched and researched and thought I found the solution but the airbag light on my dash is still lit up. This makes my passenger airbag not function properly. Someone please help me in correcting this! Other than that everything is decent!

    Got one from another company but it didn’t fit correctly and the price was higher. This one fit right and was at a lower cost.

    the face plate itself fit perfect in my Taurus. the gap is around the stereo. besides that it works perfect. came with install tools and everything you needed

    This kit was a perfect product for the new car stereo replacement. The installation was done by Best But Geek Squad and it was perfect. It looks like a factory item.

    So it fits fine for the most part one of the knobs now falls off constantly. It's also a weird finish that is kind of rough to the touch. It's also way too expensive for what it is
