    The service was great and he was very helpful in making sure that I was purchasing the correct product for my needs. After the product was installed in my vehicle the best buy employee than showed me how to work the radio until I was satisfied with working the radio.

    It's okay except for the fact that they ran the USB cord thru my glove box. Hard to use when you're driving and you have to leave the glove box open.

    When it was installed I loved it however when I hit a bump it came apart. I was told I didn't have the right brackets so he held it as best as he could
