    Finally had the unit installed on July 2nd, after continuous changes in appt. dates. Not what I expected, since I expected a unit that would be fairly user friendly. At first glance, however, instructions seem to be complicated to follow. Hopefully, I’ll find someone who can help.

    This was recommended by Best Buy employee but it did not fit my vehical. I had to return it. I'm sure it's a perfectly good product, just not for me.
