Exactly what I needed when upgrading the radio in my 06 Mustang to a double din head-unit

This was installed in our 2005 Ford Mustang. The trim is for around the aftermarket stereo and makes the stereo look factory and very clean.

This is the part I needed and fit my new radio perfect.

My daughter needed a new head unit for her honda civic that would interface with her i phone for calls and navigation. We narrowed our search down to 4 units( great selection,pricing etc from Best Buy !! 5 stars for that) the proiblem was the availability of the trim package installation kit. We could not get verification on whether or not the kits would enable the install. we bought two styles of head units and the two supposed trim kits that were supposed to work . my daughter showed up to the appointment (had to wait for a month for a spot) and after all she had to settle for her lesser choice because it had the trim kit that could be made to work. her first choice was not able to be installed with the specified trim kit which did not fit after all. Best buy does not stock all the trim kits and it is an outside vendor so you the end user are at the mercy of the circumstance of poor stock options that are not well specified and are not readily available. Good thing i saw it coming so that she would end up with something that worked. She is happy after all with what she ended up with but i would suggest you buy a head unit from best Buy and make your install apointment but get the install kit from any one of the many other vendors that have better product fitment and availability

Four stars because the instructions were too general. I've been installing stereos for 30 years, so my experience helped me. The product is of a good quality. I would by other products from this manufacturer.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my spouse. She loves it. We did not install it but had Best Buy do it. Fit great.
