It could be the unit I purchased to go with this but regardless. Nonetheless it still is a good purchase and works great but if you care about the little details like that it can be a little annoying Overall I’m still happy

Good if you’re in a hurry

Doesn’t match the trim texture at all but it doesn’t look bad if you have black interior. Took a little modifying. Not perfect, but if you know what you’re doing this will be just what you need. Included panels for both types of A/C controls which was a nice touch.

Use the trim in the package meant for what you’re trying to do single din double din etc it looks great. They’re are mixed reviews about this online fits flush in my car.

It was a replacement for the other adapter I had purchased before I found out that Nissan Altimas in 2013, the ones thru April 2013, were still using the 2012 dash. If you are going to replace a stereo in an Altima, make sure it is the correct dash for the year model of the car, they used over-runs into the next year at Nissan.
