Purchase this item several months back as part of Car Stereo replacement. The entire installation was a real disappointment. Tech’s damage my dash during the process and took no ownership. I have done business with Best Buy for years. The way I was treated after bringing the vehicle back and no taking ownership of the mistake during the process, completely make feel they have lost there vision on customer service. The Tech blamed the damage on the vehicle and offered nothing in repairs or compensation or recommendations. I was sent by Best Buy to work through there Insurance company who knew I would incur additional expense for something they did wrong. I even provided pictures which was not good enough. Completely disappointed and will not do business with them until this is resolved.

Looks great, fits, and holds the stereo perfectly.

Job was done on time and everything looks get. Car was clean when I picked it up . No leftover scrap on the floor.

I have a 2010 Nissan Altima. I had several issues with this installation kit: 1. The finish is smooth and does not match the original trim. 2. The inserts leave unattractive visible lines. 3. The OEM trim piece that pops into the bottom of the frame was not held securely. I ultimately removed this product and found another solution that fit better.

Bought an after market stereo for daughters car for xmas. Trusted inataller to inform us of all pieces needed to work. Stereo was installed with no usb connection. Went back today, best buy said we would have to pay full install price since its no longer bundled with stereo install. I even offered to split difference with best buy and they refused. Said I should have double checked all equipment was ordered at time of sale. Im not a technician, and felt thats what we went to their install unit for.

This was included in the price for my Kenwood satellite radio I previously reviewed. VERY SATISFIED with the Best Buy installation process, highly recommend!!!

Purchased a new deck for my car and had to have a new dash kit. I was worried that it wouldn't have a clean finished look once installed but it looks great!

The installation was done fast and professional but the AC unit is not s true fit a little loose but looks great
