    The plate looks original like the factory Honda plate, but after continuous attempts to fix, the A/C knobs do not move as freely as the factory plate allowed.

    Tech is always helpful, gets the job done, was happy with his work. I have had 3 four stereos installed in my cars over the last few years. Hands free great. I am not sure I got all my purchases for the stereo in my points. it was over 1000$ so I am waiting to see if they pop up later.

    Was sold the wrong fitting. Wrong trpe and had to go to another store not Best Buy to get the right one.

    This item didn’t really fit my car, so it was about the worst experience I’ve had at Best Buy. Once the installer gave up and put my own radio back in even that wasn’t done right and my car radio isn’t working now. I’m not happy at all.
