I had a new radio installed and this is for the installation. So far so good.

It was a great quality product but the re h sold me the wrong thing

This is a good product to buy when installing a new radio.

You get what you pay for, overall it satisfied the project.

It didn't feel the space created by the factory radio nor did it have a place to secure it to on the dash.

Helps ensure little items do not fall behind dash but it already came loose and one of the hinges broke off.

Did not fit and there was no replacement like they told me it would be.

Since this was a generic product designed to fit several radios as well as work in multiple vehicle models, there are several "spare" parts that add to the confusion of attempting to install. Would definitely suggest that you leave the installation to the pros if you decide to use this product.

I asked an employee to only get me the radio because I already had a aftermarket radio, and didn’t need the extra equipment. He then insisted it was required for the car set up purchased the wiring kit, and plastic adapter for the radio. Told the employee that I wanted to schedule getting my radio installed the same day because I had to leave town, he said he couldn’t, so I leave come back open the radio box up it has everything the charged me extra for, and when I went to return it they said I couldn’t because it was too late. Not even a full week had gone by.

Not the right kit for my vehicle he broke the first kit then rigged a volvo kit in my daughters mustang what a joke it was all hacked up. Reached my hand in pocket above radio to get my room key and it all fell inside dash board cause the installer had it sticky taped in with a black bubble gum like substance. Location was in Auburn Hills Mi off brown rd. Tried to complain and couldn't complain to anyone and theres no management there noone ever returned my calls. Cost me $200 in car repairs that installer messed up. I attached a picture of the car he hacked up. It was a mint condition mustang GT convertible

Not sure if it was best buy error or the product's. Bought it after getting help from best buy to what is needed to do the installation of a cheap new stereo, as it doesn't make sense to pay more for the installation then the product itself! Turns out it's not the "housing" best buy said it might be, I just need to cut the plastic myself (maybe?). I asked if he can ask the installation person but the answer I got was "he would charge me". Ended up returning everything & just burnt a CD like the old days.

Sold open bag and was told everything was in it. Once I got it installed it was literally just the bracket in the bag so nothing to hide all the open spaces. Looks horrible but unfortunately once it was installed I couldn't return in cause the installer had to make different holes in the bracket. Garbage product and didn't fit right even if the entire thing was included as it should have been

The store associate sold me a product that dont even fit my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Item will not work in my car. does not fit the Mitsuibushi it was sold to fit. Does not preform the proper function. I live 40 miles fro0m the store mades returning the item difficult. Sales person told this at time of sale

Best Buy advertised this to fit my car, but it wasn’t even close to the correct fit. I had to return it.

This is poor quality and difficult to use. Don't waste your money on this one.

I was given the wrong kit for my car, not very happy about it

I never did buy this product, why does it say I did?

Instructions were straight forward. I installed it along with a Kenwood deck. Easy to install and the plus is I have a cubby to place my iPhone or iPod.

It works, my deck doesn't move around not sure why To had to by this? I could have done the same thing w/a piece of wood.
