this universal ac adapter was a last minute purchased for an portable dvd player. an requirement for roadtrips, this was necessary to keep the kids entertained. it was compatible and holds the charge on the portable dvd player.

I bought this cable as a back up power cord to the one that comes with it. It is a in expensive back up cable or replacement. The cable length could be may be 6 inches longer, but it does the job nonetheless.
