We were on a trip and the cord to our portable dvd player went out, so we stopped by Best Buy and picked up a new one and it worked great!!!!

My radar detector is like my right hand! It has saved me plenty of money! When my charger went out, I was grateful that BestBuy was there!

It was an open box item so I had some problems. Don't look into this to much cause I can't honestly say if this was a product failure or the prior hands on it. Best Buy was great about me returning it though, thankfully. So that's why this rating is so high.

My previous cord broke into pieces and this cord was recommended by the great staff at best buy. They were able to find the exact part I needed to be replaced.

This is the third one I purchased. Two times the end got loose and the fuse popped out into cigarette lighter and it was difficult to get out. The third one simply stopped working after three weeks.
