Good picture, mounting design could be better

The overall quality seems good and the picture looks fine. The mounting bracket was designed to work with a variety of adapters so it fits a lot of different vehicles, but I didn't need anything extra to fit my Chevrolet Equinox.
The design of the bracket limits access to the set screw that you need to tighten on the windshield mount. It comes with a standard hex key, but there's only room to fit the short end of the key, so once the mirror is in place tightening it down is a little awkward. Also, the only point of adjustment is the ball joint where the mirror attaches to the bracket, so while you can pivot the mirror you're not able to position it higher or lower like you can with most stock mirrors.
There's also an eggshell-shaped shroud that's just a cosmetic cover for the bracket. I didn't find it very easy to position it correctly and snap it together. This can't be done until after the mirror is mounted on the windshield.
It's a good product, but harder than some to install, and it also lacks features like a brightness adjustment that are found on other mirror monitors.

Easy to use and overall great product. It works well in the rearview mirror. When the vehicle is placed in reverse, it automatically appears in the rearview mirror.
