    I’m sure this wire would work just fine, but it’s adverrised on the website as OFC and it’s not. The back of the package is clearly labeled CCA. This is Copper Clad Aluminum, NOT Oxygen Free Copper. Returned.

    This speaker cable is very well constructed. It has a transparent rubber shield so that it is easy to choose which wire color you want for positive no negative.

    Bigger speaker wire have less resistance when high levels of wattage are passing through them. In my case I bought this speaker wire for my subwoofers, because there was warm air passing through the port. The new wires are keeping that part of the system cool.

    Not really 12 Guage wire, it's more like 14. Wire jacket is pretty stiff and it is CCA wire. My local best by didn't even have other speaker wire than this. Pathetic how retail stores like best buys have become. Everything is hidden in the install bay and the employees don't have a clue about anything AR audio related.

    it's speaker wire. Not that complicated. But it's a nice thick gauge to handle that nice thick sound. I used it to wire a guitar amp cabinet that I made out of some speakers I garbage picked out of an organ.

    The wire is nice and thick with a thick plastic coating over wire, problem I had was you dont get that much wire for the price you pay.
