Purchased a new Kenwood, and parts needed for installation. While I was checking to ensure I had everything, I ran across a neat backup camera that does on your back license plate cover. Very pleased with how very clearly we can verify if anything is behind us or close up. The Team at the Independence store did an excellent job installing everything.

This is a quality backup camera and it does have grid lines on screen ! Will be very helpful when I hookup to my boat trailer when going fishing ! Use to be pain in butt before ! Now backup straight to hitch without have to get in and out of truck to line up ball !

It's a good back up camera. I with it had the lines to direct the vehicle when backing in but that could be the head unit. When it's dark it is quite fuzzy but for backing up it works fine.

This is a much better back-up camera then I was expecting. It's not the best out there, but for <$100, it actually looks pretty good. It's a little tough at night when there's lights aimed at the camera. Even at night in general, it's more fuzzy than in the day, but still usable at night. Installing this (nature of the beast) is quite difficult, not this camera in particular however. Making sure you line up a wire from the rear outside of the car to the (relatively) insulated inside of the car, with drilling minimal holes and ensuring the wires remain out of site was a difficult task. If you spend the time to do it right, you'll be happier with the final result in the long run. Plus it'll add to the longevity.

The backup camera is nice to have. I installed this on a used car I bought. It is clear adn bright but the lines/cones are not set right. That does not mean too much, I will just use my own judgement.

Having a newer feature added to an older vehicle makes driving more enjoyable and safer! The picture is clear during the day and at night! Happy Wife Happy Life! Two thumbs up from my wife makes this purchase even better. For the price you can't beat the productivity and clarity.

Works great! My old camry is a reliable car but without the upgrades of the newer models, I decided to upgrade it myself and it this little camera has been so helpful when backing up. I did try a different camera but the back up angle was too high and I couldn't see the curve, good thing I had the geek squad annual service so they switched to this one without further charges.

Absolutely love it! I've looked at a few different license plate mounted backup cameras and I found this one is probably your best choice. This one is very inconspicuous and doesn't get in the way of anything at all when mounted on a pickup truck or an SUV or an automobile from what I've experienced, it's a pretty good unit and would therefore recommend this product!

The distance guides are a little off but help with backing up. Nice clear view and the led Night lights are a bonus. No difference between this and the more expensive ones.

Haven't tried it at night but during the day the Camera works nice .Could be a bit sharper but for the money you pay, it's worth it .

I installed a new radio in my Mazda Miata. Also it is a camera monitor. I added that back-up camera. You, Geek Squad, installed it, and it works wonderfully! Really, it appeals more to my sense of humor than it does my need. This is one of the few cars with NO blind spots, but now I know just how close I am to what's behind me! THANK YOU ALL!

Great camera and easily attached to head unit. Took a little time to connect but once connected good to go.

Great camera and easy install. YouTube videos always help with install. View was great on my screen. Do not recommend for pickup trucks. I put it on my truck and the amount of times I accidentally hit and bent the camera.
