I didn't get this installed because the monitor to go with it required taking down part of my headliner and I have a sunroof and wasn't happy with that idea. I don't know how well the camera actually functions. I'm rating a 3 to be fair.

Great optics. It looks good on the Jeep too. It was installed as part of a stereo installation

This was exactly what we needed to keep loving our current vehicle, while enjoying some of the newer features that were not included originally.

License plate camera. It came with camera and wiring. Works with my head unit.

This absolutely works as advertised. It is accurate and the resolution is excellent.

Backup camera and monitor installed in my Prius by BestBuy technician. All work fine.

The camera itself works. Not very clear picture at all. It is nice and small and out of the way. I would say the biggest drawback is that I had to keep adjusting the camera every few days. If you hit a big enough bump and closed the trunk then it would be off a tad.

Works wel in good light, gets real grainy in low light. Grid lines are a nice feature.

This cameras is good but it doesn't suit with my Toyota Hylander. While backing up for parking, lines don't match. Even after the camera indicates the vehicle is perfectly backed up, still space (almost 3.5 feet) can be found behind? Not so good for Hylander.

After so many parking lot dings I finally talked my husband into getting the backup camera. We looked at Car Toys but Best Buy was a better deal.

This camera works just as well as any other low price back up camera.I do not like the way it is attached to the bracket.Only time it will problably rust if you bend it down to adjust it and it might not clear on every pick-up truck locations.At least it has enough cord lenght to make it to the head unit but they are better choices for the price.

Works for what we needed. We didn’t install this we had Best Buy’s team do it.

I like my camera is working very good. I was looking for a camera for my car fir months and I find it in a Best Buy.

Nighttime either have bright back up lights or it will be snowy in low light conditions,

Only downside to any after market back up camera is how easily they bend.

For the money, this camera works very well. It is quite clear and even images in low light.

The whole experience was awful. From the start, the service bay couldn't find the parts and sent me to customer service to pick it up, who stated that the parts were in the service bay. I left for a few hours, they had forgotten to call me when it was ready. I think this was because they lost their keys to the inside entrance, making me walk around the store to enter. They were understaffed, so I understand. I picked up my car and drove home. I was happy enough at this point. The real issue here is that the backup cam isn't useable to backup into a parking space. If I rely on it, I absolutely would hit a car in the process. The good part though, I wouldn't hit a car directly behind me as it shows that I am to stop 5 feet away from where the guide line is. If there's a sidewalk, I can backup to where I can no longer see the other side of the sidewalk, and it is perfect... I did have the option to return the backup cam and cancel my membership, but they told me that they would charge me for the installation of the backup camera, which they would deduct from the total tech membership. I did get $3 back from the membership at least.
