Do not get if your Ford has an amp

My Mustang uses this connector to route the audio out of the deck to an amplifier. If you connect this to your speaker out wires, this will drive high level signals into your amp and toast it. There is another version of this package that has the small square-ish connector that ends in RCA jacks meant to plug into your pre-amp out of the deck. Get that one if you intend to keep the amp.
