    Its a wiring harness. You need it if you want the stereo to work without splicing rhw wires by hand.

    Works good, had an issue with finding a fuse to hook it up to so that when the car is off the deck is off also.

    FIts my Toyota Matrix and works great. I no longer have the cruddy old stereo. I did solder the connections, which I suggest that you do.
