The leads are long enough to connect easily, but not too lon, so they can be tucked behind the unit in the dash with no problem. I've used several Metra harnesses over the years, and they provide a consistent, easy installation option.

Poor service from the installation team, and they charge for everything so dont expect anything free, no harness no wires, im suprised they dont charge for the shrink wrap connectors

Bought a jvc stereo, dash kit, antenna adapter, and harness adapter...easy to install. Just match color wires together. I'm not a mechanic and only took about 1 hour start to finish to complete. This was my 1st stereo replacement job. Thanks Best Buy!

I wish they sold one for the other connector you need for the steering-wheel audio controls, though - had to use Scotchlok T-tap connectors to splice into those.
