Brackets make it easy to change factory speakers in 4runner front doors to aftermarket speakers. These along with the speaker wire harness make for an easy stress-less speaker installation on your Toyota. You will be happy you did the prep beforehand!

Excellent. Was able to install kicker 6x9’s in front doors of my 2016 Mazda 3, 6 speaker non Bose. It was a tight fit and I had to drill out one or two holes but it worked out great. Couldn’t have done it without the adapter

It fit the mounting holes in the 4Runner perfect. However only 2 of the Rockford Fosgate 6x9 mounting holes lined up. Had to drill small holes in the plastic where the other 2 mounting points were. These are required to install aftermarket speakers

Not sure what Toyota these are meant to fit but it didn't fit a 2007 Yaris properly. 2 of the holes for mounting to the car lined up. One was off by about a quarter inch. I was able to elongate the mounting hole to make that line up. The last hole wasn't even close to being in the right spot, so I mounted with only 3 factory screws. Then when mounting the speaker to the adapter only 2 of the holes to mount the speaker line up. I drilled out the other two holes. The plate was taller which for mounting in a door helps fit the magnet but on the rear deck it just makes the speaker sit higher. I was able to put on the rear cover without modification but it sits higher around the speakers due to the adapter height. I probably could have drilled new holes or made a custom solution to mount my speakers for the amount of work it took to use these but I still ended up using them. One good thing is they are cheap. I would recommend them if they actually fit your car. The speaker not mounting to the adapter is pretty inexcusable however.

These fit the car perfect and were less than $20. I would recommend using a slightly bigger diameter screw than what comes with these. The supplied screws do not cut into the adapter as much as I would like but other than that very satisfied.

Installed on a 2008 Lexus RX350. Has worked now for over a year

They didn't line up to the factory holes, but made it work and they kept the speakers secure. Installed in a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Crew Cab.

These are a must have when installing new aftermarket speakers.

These facilitated upgrading front door speakers 6x9 JBL 3ways. A must use in certain vehicles that take 6x9 in location but because of factory system need these adaptors to install for speakers.

I had speakers installed through Best Buy's Geek Squad, and this is one of the parts they used to do a professional speaker installation job. I don't exactly know that they were needed for, but the finished speaker installation sounds great.
