    these worked for installing factory replacement speakers in a 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid. Removing the old speakers was a challenge, it took a bit of leverage to get them out. The speaker brackets were not a direct match to lining up the replacement speaker so a slight modification was required with a dremmel to remove the tabs for Infinity 6.5" replacements. Once the tabs were removed, the speakers fit. The holes never lined up with the factory holes but is was an easy fix to use the screws to mount into the door sheet metal. Not the most elegant install, but very effective. The speakers would not fit in factory holes without the brackets, so they are required. speakers are mounted solid, and no issues getting the door panels back on.

    One of them worked pretty good but the other had a clip that broke right away. No excessive force was used. Its just cheap plastic. I had to re secure everything with an extra screw I found laying around. This was the only brand BestBuy sold online.
