    Yes, I could have used the existing wires and done a bit of soldering, but this plug and play set of wires saved time and hassle. Get them, it will make the day go by faster and get you listening to those new speakers quicker.

    Spent about 3 hours trying to make my own brackets and splice the old speaker clip into the wire but nothing worked out right. I went back for the bracket and wire kit and it was installed and In the car in 10 minutes. Never again without

    Easy to plug in and keep going. Only wish we had been given the correct type of harness for the other speakers purchased that day. The other set of speakers needed a different harness model and style so we ended up retrofitting which took time. Thank goodness for a tool shed with spare parts.

    I had speakers installed through Best Buy's Geek Squad, and this is one of the parts they used to do a professional speaker installation job. I don't exactly know that they were needed for, but the finished speaker installation sounds great.

    Worked perfect with 2004 camry xle with JBL premium sytem no navigation. I had doubts since the factory system has the reputation if being diffiult to work with. very easy to do it yourself.
