Gives you a little extra length of wires, and allows for no cutting so if you ever change your mind on speakers, or want to take them to next vehicle its just as easy to remove this plug and re install factory speakers.

They do not work with the dash speakers that uses a different harness. But they work great for the doors and it’s better to use this then cutting up your wires..
