Disappointed. Loose wires in harness

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The wires in the harness comes loose this is second time I replaced these wires , in my opinion the manufacturer should reinforce the wire so they don’t come loose. I should not have to reinforce the wires with hot glue so they don’t get loose and not connect. Disappointed
