    The sales person recommended this as part of what was need to install the after market stereo I was installing. I'm not sure it was absolutely necessary but it did add slack to connect the antenna easier.

    Immediately I’m like, I don’t need this. You guys just wanting me to spend more money for nothing. But my cable wasn’t long enough to hook into so that extension was just what I needed. Again thank u to the nonpushy salespeople at Best Buy. I appreciate you
