Everything about the games was great. The story line is captivating. The graphics are fantastic and the game play is addicting.

I've been a fan of the metro series since the beginning. It has its own style and very atmospheric games. It gives you action, stealth, and horror all in one game.

Atmosphere is great. There is a constant tension due to lack of resources that really make the game stressful but fun to play. Improvement over the last two.

Overall this is a very good game. There seem to still be some minor bugs, but nothing that would make you not want to play.

I am really pleased with the third game of the Metro franchise, even when its at its lowest at the Yamantau level when you just shoot your way out, its actually an all right feel compered to the other levels of the game. The story is perfect, the weapons feel realistic, and the characters are well build. I give this game an 9 / 10. I just realized that no one will see this review because epic store, this will be available in 2020, for those who didn't pre-order the game like I and some people did. Enjoy :D

Good game, story and graphics. It was everything i thought it would be.

Like the title says, this game adds a semi open would environment to the classic metro game. As you travel through the country, every stop is a open world with objectives to continue the story. They still haven't prefected the shooting mechanics as aiming is still clunky and while the environment is post apocalypse, it doesn't have the immersion that games like fallout has. If you like the first 2 metro games, you will like this one.

Played the first metro games back in 2014, but this game has a refreshing formula with metro and fallout like world combined. Open world exploration is one of the main attractions in this game and it absolutely works in every way. Scavenging for bullets and scrap to build ammo and medic supplies makes the game more interesting. Also, to add a touch of realism, your weapons can jam and the more you use them, the more you have to spend your scraps to make your weapons efficient again.

It’s really more Metro. If you enjoyed the first two games you will like this. The devs managed, successfully, to turn what are fairly linear experiences in the first two Metro games into a semi-open world game that works! If you’ve never played Metro before I highly recommend going back and playing the original first followed by last light. I love this game because I know the characters, it’s like going on a journey with old friends, great experience!

The atmosphere is incredible and the mini open world is a welcome to the franchise. Can not recommend enough.

Nice game set in an apocalyptic world. It’s a cross between Half Life and Fall Out. Nothing I haven’t seen before but still a great experience. Graphics and game play is nice. Never got to finish it got bored and left it. Have finished Half Life couple of times already so will it keep you engaged till the end is a question mark.

The graphics are great and the open world aspect of the game takes the metro series to a whole new level

Metro plays similar to the other games in the Metro series, though this time around there is more of an emphasis on exploring than completing the levels. For the first time in the series, the soldiers of the Order of Sparta venture out into an unforgiving and cruel landscape in a search for home. If you played the other Metro games, this would be a good piece to add to the collection.
