Nice looking but not functional Not getting what I expected. Battery sucks

Aesthetically looks amazing, only downsized for me personally was the connectivity and battery life was nowhere near what it says on the box. Although this could have been defective I returned it, would have made a great Xmas gift but I personally had issues with it. I hope it works great for others

Battery dies quickly, and was troubling to get set up

This watch has gotten me quite a few compliments as it has a very elegant look to it. The only issue i have is that the battery does not last for a full day, but from what I understand that is normal for these type of watches. It is accurate and easy to navigate. Many options for face changes keep it different on a daily basis. I love this watch.

Just love, love, love this smart watch!!! #1 - it's MK, #2 - very classy looking compared to other, even more expensive smart watches, and #3 - xlnt price! After much research on smart watches, for me, this was hands down the "BEST" watch out there! Especially if style is important to you!

This was a nice looking watch at a great price. If you have an apple phone I suggest the apple watch. This watch allowed me to see incoming text and calls. I returned this watch for the Apple watch which does so much more and is more compatible with apple phones. Good for android phones.

I purchased the watch to tell time and display the value from a glucometer app on my phone, nothing more. Battery life over several days averaged 7-8 hours after full charges, with all other features disabled. Geek Squad determined the watch battery was defective but could not order a warranty replacement from the store. I was advised to return the watch for credit and order a new one online. But in the days since my original purchase the price increased about $85, causing me to purchase another brand from another vendor. I regret the outcome because this was the nicest watch for my application (requiring Wear OS) that I had been able to find.

This is my first smart watch purchase, I am happy with the Michael Kors watch from Best Buy, the deal I received on this makes it so worth while for me trying out a smartwatch for the first time. So happy with the style and the fact it will monitor my heart rate for me.

I liked the idea of a smartwatch for health purposes but I didn't like how most of them looked. I have several Michael Kors style watches so I was familiar with the brand and Knew this would be exactly what I wanted. Something I can wear for any occassion.
