    Microsoft - 24mo Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is great for my kids who can download games as they want to play them. No need to buy games then realize they don't like it after a week or two.

    Does not come with this as promised. I have called Best Buy numerous times to rectify, with proof from Microsoft that the console did not come with the membership.

    This has been a terrible experience. Best buy still hasn't sent me info on the digital download that came with my bundle. I have spent HOURS trying to get hold of someone to help me and NO one is.

If you haven't been able to discuss the matter with a Best Buy representative, we recommend first checking your Junk/Spam folders to make sure that the email wasn't sent there by mistake. If that doesn't help, you may also try checking your Best Buy Digital Library for the code here: https://www.bestbuy.com/digitallibrary/listing

    It's an awesome deal especially with the upgrade option. But I couldn't get my game pass ultimate to activate.

They’ll need to verify your Xbox All Access account and determine next steps.
