Grossly overpriced

It is also overpriced in my opinion for only 2 year membership to play video games.

That will depends on how you use your membership. it's difficult to use with some games versus others.

This has a good selection of games with the ea pass. BUT my data cap would be meet before the end of each month. By data cap I mean xfinity data cap.

Can play games on Xbox (Series X and One) and my PC. Love the ability to set the Xbox as home console and multiplay with grandson on one Game Pass account (Xbox and PC).

They "bundle" this in but there is no code and is tied to the serial number of the XBOX well I purchased the bundle and somewhere along the way it never got added to my xbox's serial number and no one can seem to fix it or find out what to do I have spent literal hours on the phone trying to resolve this with Microsoft and Bestbuy Microsoft says Bestbuy was meant to add the game pass on at time of purchase but no one at bestbuy has any idea about this apparently and the manger Dillard at my local store was more than useless and didn't even try to resolve the issue just said to call the 800 number and when I showed him my call log on my phone where I have called several times he laughed and just kind of shrugged his shoulders.

Such a headache as it didn't come preloaded as described in order description. Didn't come in an email as digital direct as the manager assured. zero assistance from best buy help or the citizens one financial company other than blaming each other for why the pass is not on my console. Neither willing to resolve my missing purchase that was to be included with the series x.

While I'm sure the product and subscription are wonderful, I was not given nor sent the redemption code with my All Access purchase, so I spent an extra $384 on a $500 machine that I can't use for its original purpose. I have to now wait for BestBuy to do an investigation and then maybe send me my redemption code. I'm not very happy.

We're sorry that there's an issue in redeeming your code for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Your 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is delivered directly to your console. Redeem it during initial console setup or later in the Settings app.
To redeem during initial setup:
As you set up your new console, you’ll be prompted to redeem the Digital Direct offers that come with it. If you decide not to redeem them then, the offers remain on the console until they’re redeemed.
To redeem after setup in Settings app:
Select Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox to see an overview of and redemption status of any Digital Direct offers included with your console.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all > Full Library, and then look under Available offers to see your offers.
If you do not see an option to redeem your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate through initial setup and/or through the Settings app, contact Citizens One at service.citizensone.com. They’ll need to verify your Xbox All Access account and determine next steps.
