The product is great. The delivery and support from Microsoft was terrible.

Had to buy it to use Microsoft Teams due to my company will use it. Took forever to contact someone at your company to learn that. Non-business users of MTeams apparently don't have to buy 365 first.

Robust office software suite with a cohesion between product offerings.

Nest mini a good 'hub' for a smart home network. Choice of more than 3 or 4 colors will thrill some for the aesthetics. Privacy settings galore to exclude your personal info and recordings from 'sharing', better than I remember from an Alexa Echo Show purchase of a few years ago,

It took me about 10 hours with customer service to get a product code to activate the software. Best Buy was unable to do give me an accurate one. I was unable to download so after a lot of threats they finally refunded my money. DO NOT BUY THIS AT THE STORE. The customer service rep even told me not to replace it as they can't provide an accurate product code and don't normally refund your money.

Tough to review a product that you can't use. I've had the subscription for 4 mos and still can't access it. Dumb. Waste of money.

Nothing surprising about a Microsoft product.. they mostly all work as advertised.. Best Buy is taking advantage of Hurricane victims.....(?)

Quick electronic delivery and super easy installation

Purchased this and got a product key on my receipt from best buy. When trying to use the product key it says it’s already been activated by another person. Called Microsoft and they said I have to deal with Best Buy. After 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy they had no solution. Do not buy from a 3rd party. I would recommend purchasing from Microsoft directly

I had problems getting software downloaded and installed took me from 7/17 to 8/5 to get help to install on my computer

This has all the Microsoft Office products for your business account, wrapped into one. Note you will need to create a business account with a unique domain to set this up -- not necessary just for "personal" use.

I like Microsoft 365. I am happy I bought this. It is necessary for work.

So hard to just buy a one-to-one copy of Office anymore! This business copy made me actually add a DNS entry to my domain to authenticate my company! Then the DNS entry it wanted changed during registration. really dislike this move to subscription based products!

WARNING: Best Buy provides a link to download the software...which is WRONG. They provide a link to download the software which is for CONSUMER Office, not BUSINESS Office. Took hours and hours on the multiple phone / chat / remote session thinking it was a product key issue which was extremely painful....some support members were extremely painful to deal with. It took Microsoft to figure out the issue and gave me the right link for the download. Hopefully someone from Best Buy takes a look at this review. Case CAS-5128682-W6K2J2 for your reference and takes the time to update with the proper link for Business Office. I would take the time to update Best Buy, but refuse to spend more time trying to get to the right person navigating through Tech.

Seems like a great product if I can get it working Microsoft is having an issue at the moment I believe but seems like this will be great and very useful across all my devices

This will be great as soon as I learn what I am doing.

Had issues with the software. Barely used it. Would not recommend the business version.
