I thought it would give me more applications to use. Instead it gave me more obligations: I had to have a business name. It is "retired." I had to have a new email address. I now have to get rid of this email. There was more. My Geek Squad agent did not know enough about this product to properly advise me. I returned the product, and became completely disgusted with the service I received from the Geek Squad. I subscribed to the personal Microsoft 365 from another group I had contact with some years ago.

I had read the reviews about receiving invalid product keys. I made the mistake of taking a risk and continuing with the purchase. Sure enough the reviews are accurate. The product key I received is useless and saying it has already been used.

I didn't realize that it needs to be integrated into my server. If you don't have an IT department, I don't recommend it. The configuration took more effort than I wanted to put into it and the alternate option is to become hostage to Microsoft by using a domain that is set up by them.

It keeps telling me that my email address is already associated with another Microsoft account. While I like the software, the process to download it and ease of installation is not ideal.

Caution when buying Microsoft from BestBuy

I purchased Microsoft 365 from BestBuy, but they can't help me becasue it's a Micrsoft item. Since I purchased this item from BestBuy, I feel it's wrong that BestBuy won't take care of it.
