It keeps telling me that my email address is already associated with another Microsoft account. While I like the software, the process to download it and ease of installation is not ideal.

Not only is the software good, but the Helpdesk is incredibly good and on several occasions helped me resolve issues. Very little wait time to speak with a customer service rep who on each occasion was very knowledgeable.

I purchased this because I was informed I would need all of the applications for work my job but they ended up providing me with a work laptop that was preloaded with all of the applications. I installed these onto my new personal laptop and I am very pleased

Took forever to contact someone at your company to learn that. Non-business users of MTeams apparently don't have to buy 365 first.
