The instructions they emailed me do not work. They keep telling me to go to the digital library, but there is nothing there. I need a network key, but have no idea how to get it.

My activation code was taken by somebody in Brasil. Took me several days and numerous hours on the phone to straighten thing out. Product is OK though.

Don't Buy MS 365 Subscriptions through BestBuy

I had read the reviews about receiving invalid product keys. I made the mistake of taking a risk and continuing with the purchase. Sure enough the reviews are accurate. The product key I received is useless and saying it has already been used.
